  • Built and designed a product from MVP to enterprise-scale product, by shipping 25+ SaaS features: as a founding team member and product lead - built a clinician platform, patient mobile apps and admin tools, informed by 75+ customer interviews, 50+ mentor interviews.
  • Established and scaled the Product Design organization from inception to a multi-million-dollar ARR business unit, driving recruitment, team development, and retention of top design talent.
  • Defined product and design strategy in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to align business objectives with user experience goals from discovery through launch.
  • Provided creative direction and executive-level design leadership, communicating clear design rationale and influencing decisions across the organization.
  • Instituted design governance and brand consistency across multiple digital products, ensuring a unified, high-quality user experience.
  • Built and scaled a comprehensive design system for both mobile and web platforms, improving cross-team efficiency, reducing design debt, and accelerating development cycles.

Providing health care is no longer just about seeing a patient when they come to the office. Our current models of care include ways of keeping in contact with patients between visits. We now have a way to stay in continuous contact with our patients.
