Noteworth is a digital healthcare SaaS pioneer dedicated to driving change and modernizing the way health systems and providers deliver and coordinate patient care.
Highlights
Over the course of my time at Noteworth, I've worn multiple hats. My most notable achievements are:
- Built and designed a product from MVP to enterprise-scale product, by shipping 25+ SaaS features: as a founding team member and product lead - built a clinician platform, patient mobile apps and admin tools, informed by 75+ customer interviews, 50+ mentor interviews.
- Grew the Product Design Team from zero to a Multi-Million Dollar ARR Organization by recruiting and retaining top talent.
- Partnered with cross-functional peers to inform the product and design road map, ensuring a seamless product development process from discovery to launch.
- Provided leadership and design direction within my team and across the organization with clear rationale for design decisions.
- Maintained design consistency across all products by working with cross-functional peers.
- Worked closely with the design team to scale a design system for both mobile and web experiences.
Providing health care is no longer just about seeing a patient when they come to the office. Our current models of care include ways of keeping in contact with patients between visits. We now have a way to stay in continuous contact with our patients.
Noteworth is at the top of my list. Not only are their products aiding our patients, the process improvements have allowed our staff to see more patients in the same number of hours.
Noteworth created a Telehealth platform that lets patients interact with their providers in multiple ways. By using the Noteworth app, patients can complete pre-visit forms, reduce expensive Urgent Care visits and meet with their provider all without leaving their home!
